Chloe Serrano is running for Trustee of the North Orange Community College District because she understands firsthand how life-changing community colleges can be. As a former Fullerton College student who continued on to UCLA, she knows the transfer pathway is filled with both opportunity and challenge, and she believes every student deserves the support to move forward with confidence.
