Rooted in Student Experience
Chloe Serrano is running for Trustee of the North Orange Community College District because she understands firsthand how life-changing community colleges can be. As a former Fullerton College student who continued on to UCLA, she knows the transfer pathway is filled with both opportunity and challenge, and she believes every student deserves the support to move forward with confidence.
Her campaign is grounded in a simple idea: students succeed when institutions listen, invest, and lead with care. Chloe is committed to helping protect access to affordable education while strengthening the resources that help students stay enrolled, complete their goals, and build brighter futures.
A Focus on Student Success
For many students, community college is the starting point for a better future. Chloe wants the district to prioritize the real needs students face every day, from academic guidance to transfer preparation and campus support services.
- Expand access to student support programs and essential resources
- Strengthen transfer and career pathways for long-term success
- Promote transparent leadership that keeps students and families informed
- Support inclusive opportunities for learners from every background
Leadership With Purpose
Chloe Serrano brings personal experience, academic achievement, and a deep commitment to public service to this campaign. She is focused on making sure the North Orange Community College District remains a place where students can find opportunity, support, and a clear path toward their goals.
When students are supported, communities grow stronger. That belief is at the heart of Chloe’s campaign for NOCCCD Trustee.
As the campaign moves forward, Chloe is inviting students, families, educators, and community members to be part of the conversation. Together, we can build a district that opens doors, supports achievement, and reflects the hopes of the communities it serves.
